Computers for Communities is looking for confident, self-motivated and enthusiastic Event Coordinators for managing informational, fund-raising and volunteer/social events.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning, scheduling, and organizing events
- Maintaining event listings and registration
- Developing promotional tools and ideas
- Assisting in the development of event management plan
- Locating venues
- Developing sponsorship opportunities
- Recruiting guest speakers
We will benefit from an increased ability to raise funding and to provide a closer volunteer community by hosting regular social events.
This volunteer will have an opportunity to develop the following skills:

- Organizational
