Medical Appointment Escort @ Extendicare-Medex

Our residents need a volunteer to escort them to medical appointments when family is not available. Transportation is provided by ParaTranspo. Volunteers may be required to provide emotional support for the resident as well as be responsible for medical documents. Volunteers must be able to work independently, have good communication skills, be self motivated and able to push a wheelchair. All volunteers must complete a police record check and 2-step TB test.
