VO is recruiting and deploying volunteers to respond to the volunteer needs specific to COVID-19 in Ottawa, Prescott-Russell, Lanark County and Renfrew County while ensuring proper screening and training protocals to safeguard the health of those volunteering and those they are assisting. This session offers you a chance to weigh your financial state in a relaxed lunch-and-learn setting. You will have the opportunity to learn effective tools and principles in order to make informed decisions for your financial security while taking steps forward in your financial planning on solid grounds. Whether you want to plan ahead but you are unsure of where to start; wonder whether you are already doing everything right; or would like some education and guidance, this workshop will give you tools to achieve financial independence, enjoy your life in the present while planning for the future, and reduce your stress.

Jad Atik is a Financial Planning consultant specializing for 15 years in assisting companies, families and individuals in understanding and utilizing the financial tools available to us is order to achieve short and long term financial security and stability. Jad has advised numerous clients in both Canada and Lebanon. He lives in Ottawa with his wife and five beautiful children.
If paying by cheque, please make payable to Volunteer Ottawa and mail in prior to the workshop date to secure your spot. In the note section please write the date, your name and your organization. E.g., September 26 workshop - John Doe from Volunteer Ottawa.

Receipt of registration will be confirmed by e-mail or best alternative. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received within five (5) business days prior to an event. If cancellation is received with more than five (5) business days before the event, a $5.00 administration fee will apply. Registered participants who fail to attend an event will be invoiced for the full fee, due 30 days from the date of the invoice. Registration can be transferred to another member of your organization, if you are unable to attend.
