Nonprofits and charities are facing a significant challenge as they strive to maintain connections to their audiences during a time of fear, information overload and short attention spans. At the same time, nonprofits are trusted leaders in their communities and especially now, need to effectively communicate and connect with their internal and external audiences.
Darcy Boucher is founder and president of Bowda PR, a boutique PR agency that connects businesses with their audiences through all aspects of communication; from social media management to content creation, to branding and media relations. Darcy is a reservist with the Royal Canadian Navy (RCN), and also works as a communications advisor with the RCN. There, she manages their national level online presence, and advises senior leadership on social media best practices. Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, Darcy’s passion is helping fledgling initiatives to thrive.
