Prior to founding Monday Morning, Alice held internal HR management positions in healthcare, consulting, tech, and spent nearly a decade in the not-for-profit sector where she helped design, build, and manage HR Programs including talent attraction, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, diversity & inclusion, health and safety, and wellness.
