Mise à jour COVID-19

BO est en train de mettre en œuvre un plan axé sur le recrutement et le déploiement de bénévoles pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques en matière de bénévoles liés à la COVID-19 dans Ottawa, Prescott-Russell, le comté de Lanark et le comté de Renfrew. Dans le cadre de ce plan, nous allons travailler avec Santé publique Ottawa et avec d'autres agences pour assurer des protocoles de dépistage et de formation appropriés afin de protéger la santé des bénévoles et de ceux qu'ils aident. D’ici une semaine, les bénévoles pourront s'inscrire à des occasions de bénévolat liés spécifiquement à la COVID-19, y compris du bénévolat virtuel, de la livraison de nourriture et du transport. Les organisations pourront également publier et / ou envoyer à BO leurs besoins spécifiques pour le jumelage de bénévoles liés à la COVID-19. D’ici là, les organisations peuvent consulter notre Mise à jour COVID-19 pour les membres et les bénévoles peuvent consulter notre Mise à jour COVID-19 pour les bénévoles afin d’avoir accès à des ressources et des informations supplémentaires.

VO Workshop: Google Analytics for NPOs

Google AnalyticsYour website tells a powerful story about your business. Google Analytics is key to unlocking that story, but you need to ask the right questions.

This beginner level seminar shows you where your real website story lies in Google Analytics.  For example your most valuable versus most popular pages and traffic sources.  We’ll briefly talk about proper installation methods and then get into reports reading and setup. 

Bring your questions, and be ready to have some fun!

After the seminar, you will be able to hear your website’s compelling story about your business and customers. From there, you will be making strategic decisions for your business that will make your story even better.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this seminar you will know:

  • Which reports help you the most;
  • How to evaluate where your visitors are coming from; and
  • How to evaluate your website’s contribution to your business goals.

This seminar also includes live how-to demonstrations.


David Bird is the Founder and Principal of Bird’s Eye Marketing, an Ottawa firm that specializes in getting businesses found on Google. He has been managing AdWords accounts for more than five years and is a recognized digital advertising and promotion expert.

David is certified with Google AdWords and has a Certificate of Achievement in Web Analytics from the University of British Columbia, and has completed coursework in E-Marketing with the Canadian Marketing Association.
