VO Workshop: Volunteer Program Restoration Project

Part 1 April 29, 2021, Part 2 May 27 - both 10-11am: 29 avril 2021

Has COVID disrupted your Volunteer Program? Has it damaged it? Is the thought of picking up all the pieces and the long journey back to where you were daunting and causing worry? Or do you know that you were embracing that midcentury modern look for your volunteer program, and now it is time to get contemporary?

If either of these is the case, consider joining us in a very timely Volunteer Ottawa Workshop: The Volunteer Program Restoration Project.

Learning Objectives

This two-part meeting project will:

  • help you take stock of the needs and resources available
  • provide time for discussion on pain points and opportunities
  • take on an action plan with others in similar situations and
  • explore adding, innovating and advocating to fully renovate your volunteer program to today's standards, no matter your reno budget.
