VO COVID Training: Developing an Organizational Return to Work Plan

Since the pandemic was declared in mid-March, health and safety and physical distancing restrictions across all sectors of our society meant that workplaces, programs, activities and events have been suspended, postponed or cancelled. As restrictions begin to ease, more organizations are considering how and when to re-open their workplaces. Whether your organization is currently operating or you are planning for your employees and volunteers to return to the workplace, this webinar will help you develop a plan to work safely.

Learning Objectives:

This webinar will help you develop a Return to the Workplace Plan and prepare you to put in place the controls and practices to make the workplace safer for everyone. You will learn:

  • Determining when your organization is ready to re-open, re-engage volunteers, re-open programs and services
  • Elements of a return to the workplace plan

  • Potential health and safety, risk management issues
  • Example, templates and checklists

Tina Mbinda

Tina is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience implementing innovative and effective employee development and productivity programs. She is highly effective in partnering with management to influence employees towards achievement of organizational goals and skilled in assessing and resolving a broad range of issues. A results-oriented and analytical individual with excellent conflict resolution, negotiation and interpersonal skills, she brings a unique blend of non- governmental, public and private sectors experience gained in North America and internationally. Expertise includes employee and labour-relations, change management, compensation and benefits, performance, training and talent management. Tina will be working with IMPACT Healthcare Consulting Inc. during this assignment.
