Nonprofits and charities are facing a significant challenge as they strive to maintain connections to their audiences during a time of fear, information overload and short attention spans. • Ensure all communication materials are aligned with organization brand, mission, vision and values
  • Communications plan is part of the organization’s business continuity plan
  • Identify key audiences, internal and external
  • Determine frequency of communication with each audience
  • Be proactive: plan key messages
  • Determine communications channel(s) for each audience

Who should attend:

  • Communication and public relations managers
  • Program managers
  • Senior leadership
  • Anyone on the front lines who deals with the public.
