Victoria's Quilts Canada (VQC) provides handmade quilts to people living with cancer in Canada. By providing these quilts, we hope to bring physical comfort to those dealing with cancer as well as the spiritual comfort in knowing they are not alone in their struggle.

In addition to Ottawa, VQC now comprises over 1,300 volunteers in 25 communities across Canada. We have no paid staff. Our quilts are made by individual quilters who work independently or in groups. Since 1999, we have made and distributed over 59,000 quilts across Canada and now make and distribute approximately 600 quilts per month.

Our quilts are made from fabric donations and associated supplies and postage costs are supported through corporate and individual financial donations to Victoria's Quilts Canada. It is only through the generosity and commitment of our volunteers and donors that we can continue to achieve our mission.
