Specific Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities / Tâches, fonctions et responsabilités
• Sign in and out of the school office
Signer le registre des présences de l’école à l’arrivée et au départ

• Wear designated Ottawa Public Health name tag
Porter le porte-nom fourni par Santé publique Ottawa

• Report to Lead Nurse who will introduce you to lead receptionist
Rencontrer l’infirmière responsable, qui le présentera à la réceptionniste responsable

• Greet and direct students with a friendly and firm demeanor
Accueillir les élèves d’une manière amicale et avec assurance

• Respond to inquiries from students and refer to receptionist or lead nurse as required
Répondre aux questions posées par les élèves et, au besoin, les diriger vers la réceptionniste ou
l’infirmière responsable

• Assist reception staff with students (rolling up sleeves, monitoring for safety during 15-minute
waiting period, accompanying students back to class, going to school office for information,
alphabetizing consent forms with class lists, etc.

Aider le personnel d’accueil (retrousser les manches des élèves, veiller à leur sécurité pendant
la période d’attente de 15 minutes, les raccompagner à leur classe, se rendre au bureau de
l’école pour obtenir de l’information, classer les formulaires de consentement par ordre
alphabétique en fonction des listes de classe, etc.
