
*Working at our new downtown office, volunteers would need to be available during business hours: Mon - Fri between 8:30 - 4:30. The ideal time commitment would range between 1-2 days per week for 3-4 hour shifts.
Role:
• Greet public, answer phone, scan documents, photocopy, assist the public with the pick up and drop-off of materials, purolate/packages, receive packages, answer a variety of inquires both in person and on the phone
• Act as a resource to community members by sharing Society information and programs and referring people to local services, information and programs
• Make thank you calls to members of the community for their contribution to our mission including sponsors, donors, participants and volunteers
• General database and administrative projects including updating word excel documents and keeping records current and complete
•Depending on interest and availability, provide support to specific campaigns or projects (see project areas and task outline)
