Music & Memory is a program that connects seniors to the music they love by using individual playlists. These playlists are created with input from residents, families, friends and staff. Once the playlists are created they are downloaded onto IPod Shuffles so residents can connect with the music they love. Music and Memory can vastly improve quality of life regardless of cognitive or physical status and it is especially powerful for those diagnosed with Alzheimer's. We need volunteers to both download the playlists and support residents in the program.
