Parents’ Lifelines of Eastern Ontario (PLEO) is a non-profit, family peer support organization for parents and caregivers whose children, youth or young adults (up to age 25) are dealing with mental health and/or addiction challenges. Our mission is to educate, support and empower the parents/caregivers so they can be the supporters and advocates their children need. Our core services include a confidential help line as well as peer support groups (in both English and French) throughout Ottawa and the surrounding counties (Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry, North Lanark, North Grenville, Renfrew County and Prescott-Russell).
