Description

We are a liberal religious community looking for someone with administrative and reception qualifications to assist in the daily operations of our office. Ongoing duties include providing high quality customer service to all clients, overseeing the telephone system, processing and distributing mail, ensuring maintenance of office equipment and supplies, learning the database use for event scheduling and preparing documents. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word is necessary. 3 days per week, approx 10-3, with some flexibility.
