Group Facilitators and Program Leaders are expected to be highly competent, dedicated and professional. We are looking for individuals who have experienced mood disorder difficulties and have managed to cope successfully.

Non-professional volunteers may be considered for specific programs (i.e. peer support) if they are competent and have valuable skills and experience.

The Canadian Centre for Men and Families is a non-profit, social service centre that aims to support the Ottawa community by providing free resources targeted towards men's issues. Some of the supports we provide include: counseling and therapy, peer support groups, employment resources and legal information.
