Description
• Make phone calls to clients regarding their program participation, such as sharing information and scheduling appointments
• Greet and assist clients on-site when they arrive for appointments
• Maintain files and records in an efficient and organized manner
• Monitor the inventory of office supplies and place orders for CRA forms as needed

If you are interested in helping diverse low income community members to complete their 2017 income tax forms, you may want to consider volunteering with PQCHC. Our Free Income Tax Clinics operates on Saturdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., during March and April. Opportunities to support small groups of community members at our location. We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, bookkeeping skills, and experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds. Ability to speak different languages an asset (French, Arabic, Somali, Russian, Mandarin etc.). In order to best match your skills and interest with the volunteer opportunities available at Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre, you will be required to: -Complete and return an application form. -Attend a personal interview. -Submit 2 personal references. -Undergo a police record check. -Participate in training and orientation session. - Register with CRA
