2018 Walk for Dementia- Site Set-Up and Tear Down Coordinator

Summary

In collaboration with the Walk Committee, Reporting to the Logistics Coordinator, the Site Set up and Tear Down Coordinators are responsible to lead a team of volunteers who will assist in setting up and tearing down the event site on the Friday evening before the event and at the conclusion of the walk.


Responsibilities and Duties:

• Attend Committee meetings as required
• Supervise and assist the setting up and tearing down of the event site
• Oversee the coordination of supplies returned to the office or specified location
• Follow the Set up and Tear Down Plan created by the Logistics Coordinator


Requirements, Qualifications and Skills

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Organized and detail-oriented
