Alive to Strive Race - Race course marshalls make sure that the race course stays clear of pedestrians, spectators, cyclists and other obstables, and makes sure that participants stay on the race course. This is very important for runner's safety, it is our main priority. Barricade is one of the most important volunteer position to make sure a race goes smoothly.
*Dress warmly (bring scarf, hat and mitts, raincoat and umbrella if it might rain) and bring something to do during down time (book, Ipod, etc.) as shifts are over 5 hours.
Shifts can be up to 5 hours, 7:30am - 1pm
