Winterfest Volunteer / Bénévole Fest-Hiver 2018

Every year, the Lowertown Community Resource Centre organizes Winterfest in collaboration with the Lowertown East Residents Committee and various partners. This year, Winterfest will take place on Monday, February 19th (Family Day), in the Jules Morin Park and fieldhouse from 1PM to 4PM.

We are looking for volunteers who would like to help us make this event even awesomer!
If would like to be one of them, these are the roles we are looking to fill:

• Environmental Art: two volunteer to help kids with craft
• Canadian Folklore Art: two volunteers to support artist (2-4pm)
• Bouncy Castle: 4 volunteers (1 hour rotations)
• Help with tying skates: 2 volunteers
• Pavilion : 2 volunteers to help inside with drinks/food
• Entrance: 2 volunteers (one for draw, one to help with LERC table set up etc. )
• Snowshoe Obstacle Course: 2 volunteers (+ youth worker)
• Snow painting: 2 volunteers (+ youth worker)
• Set-up and take down: all volunteers please! (12:30-1pm and 4-4:30pm)
• Photographer Consent Form Person : 2 volunteer (1-4pm)

Chaque année, le Centre de ressources communautaires de la Basse-Ville organise Fest-Hiver en collaboration avec le Comité des Résidents de la Basse-Ville Est et divers partenaires. Cette année, Fest-Hiver aura lieu le lundi, 19 février (le jour de la famille), au Parc Jules Morin de 13h à 16h. Nous sommes à la recherche de bénévoles qui aimeraient nous aider lors de l’événement.
