Do you have your own vehicle and 2 hours to help on Friday mornings from 9-11 am in the Alta Vista area?

Delivering meals is a simple and rewarding way to help seniors and adults with disabilities in need of a weekly delivery of frozen food and a friendly face.

Frozen routes are delivered between 9-11 am on Fridays. Pick up of routes is at our office at 670 Albert Street (in the Good Companions Building) .

Please note that if you are under 18 years of age you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on delivery routes
