Public relations: Assist with community engagement and outreach – info table, assist in the coordination of activities and initiatives, seeking feedback on the organization’s events and services, volunteer promotion, distribution of RSCA literature, signs, and posters

General Administration: Streamline organization’s electronic and shared documents, assist with online website and social media communications, Mail Chimp, Word, Google, graphic design, updating email distribution lists,

Research: Search for applicable and relevant programs and funding sources

Housekeeping: Organize and maintenance of storage facility

And, perform any other relevant duties as assigned by the president

Experienced in writing, social media, graphics, email, Mail Chimp
Experienced in basic research
Physically able to lift boxes, tables, materials
Have a valid driver’s licence and use of a vehicle
