Description

Furniture Bank needs volunteer delivery truck assistants on Saturdays from 10 am – 3 pm.

Every Saturday we deliver free furniture to homes around Ottawa. Join our team and be a part of this worthwhile service to our Ottawa community.

Your role as a truck assistant includes lifting furniture items into homes and apartments, interacting with culturally diverse families and individuals, working as a team with the truck crew. We thrive on professionalism, dignity and respect.

If you can commit to at least one Saturday per month, we would like to hear from you IMMEDIATELY!

Without our volunteer Driver's Assistants, Furniture Bank would not be fully able to help Ottawa's marginalized population create comfortable homes. We value, and need, our volunteers!
