Many of our residents love animals and would love to receive visits from well behaved and sociable family pets.

what is required:
A copy of the most recent pet vaccination record. The copy must be provided by the visitor and will be kept on file in the home.

a. Pet owners and any resident who touches the pet need to follow proper hand hygiene.
b. Pets are not permitted in dining rooms or any other room where meals are being served.
c. Pets are discouraged from being on resident beds.
d. Pet owners are responsible for picking up any litter associated with their pet while on home property.
f. Pet owners are responsible for providing the home with updated information regarding vaccinations and flea/parasite prophylactic treatments.
g. All dogs in the home are to be on leash less than 2metres in length and non-retractable. .
h. Pets are not permitted in the home during times of outbreak.
i. The handler assumes responsibility and accompanies the animal during the entire visit.
j. The home reserves the right to limit or prohibit a pet from visiting in the home.
