Bus Supervisor - 2020 CN Cycle for CHEO

You will be given a route map and a list of volunteers for each stop. The safety vest and radio you will be given must be returned at the end of the event.
Please locate the sign with your bus number in the hall outside the cafeteria (inside the Canadian War Museum).
Gather the required number of route assistants for your bus as indicated on the back of the bus sign.
Very important to ensure that all the people on your bus are on time as per your scheduled load/departure time.
On the bus:
Confirm that the bus driver is reachable.
Ensure volunteers get off at the proper location (rest stop volunteers and route assistants).
Give each volunteer their zone number and clearly communicate to them that they must return to the drop off location when it is time for pickup. You will be getting off at the last stop on your section of the route and you will become a route assistant at that location.
You are responsible for ensuring all volunteers are picked up after the event.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
