VO is recruiting and deploying volunteers to respond to the volunteer needs specific to COVID-19 in Ottawa, Prescott-Russell, Lanark County and Renfrew County while ensuring proper screening and training protocals to safeguard the health of those volunteering and those they are assisting. Volunteer Scheduling Assistant (PT)
10 - 20 hours/week - can work around your own schedule
Qualifications:
• Must have access to a cell phone and computer during scheduled hours.
• Must be tri-lingual (English/Spanish/French).
• Must have relevant past work experience or be currently enrolled in or hold a degree/diploma from a
post-secondary school.
Responsibilities:
• Using software program uSked match up most appropriate Telephone Tech Support Mentor
• Be available to schedule yourself in if no suitable mentor is available
• Review senior feedback surveys and mentor reports and flag any concerns for the Telephone Tech
Support Manager
• Compile data and feedback reports to share at weekly staff meetings
