VO is recruiting and deploying volunteers to respond to the volunteer needs specific to COVID-19 in Ottawa, Prescott-Russell, Lanark County and Renfrew County while ensuring proper screening and training protocals to safeguard the health of those volunteering and those they are assisting. Telephone Tech-Triage Supervisor - Cyber Seniors

Volunteer Telephone Tech-Triage Supervisor (PT)
10 - 20/hours week - can work around your own schedule but may be required from time to time to
cover incoming calls from seniors requiring technology assistance.
• Must have access to a cell phone and computer during scheduled hours.
• Must be tri-lingual (English/Spanish/French).
• Must have relevant past work experience or be currently enrolled in or hold a degree/diploma from a
post secondary school.
• Schedule and manage Telephone Tech-Triage Operators
• Conduct random audits of phone calls
• Provide performance reviews based on audits and surveys.
• Review data and run reports to share at weekly staff meetings
• Make recommendations for improvement of process
