Techsploration ( is actively recruiting inspiring women working in skilled trades and STEM careers to motivate the next generation of female leaders!

Techsploration is a Nova-Scotia, educational not-for-profit that delivers programming and mentorship to young women in grades 9-12, with the goal of increasing the number of women in careers where they are often underrepresented, including science, engineering, trades, and technology.

This is the first year the Techsploration program is being delivered in Ontario, and we have adapted our traditional in-person programming to create virtual conferences known as the Techsploration Career Quests.

Our programming focuses on giving young women in grades 9-12 the opportunity to speak with professional women in skilled trades and STEM (Role Models) and gain valuable career information in fields they may not have previously considered.

If you are interested in being a Role Model at future events, or would like to discuss other ways of getting involved, we would be happy to hear from you!
