Clothing Program Volunteers Needed! Opportunities Available Tuesday-Friday 8am-4pm

We are looking for volunteers for our clothing programs! At the Caldwell Family Centre, we have a clothing depot that sells clothing for children and adults as well as household items at affordable prices to help the community afford what they need. All proceeds go towards our clothing assistance program which provides free boxes of clothing to those in need.

In the clothing depot, we are looking for volunteers with a retail background to:
-help organize, merchandise and price donated items
-sort through donated items for items to sell
-assist in sales to our clients
-help train new comers to Canada, or those who are new to working, in retail procedures and processes to help them gain work experience

In our clothing assistance program, we are looking for volunteers to:
-help sort donated items
-create clothing assistance boxes based on the needs of the client who submitted the request
-follow up with clients to ensure they were satisfied
-great for those who need work experience, are new to Canada or need volunteer hours

We offer flexible shifts from Tuesday-Friday, 8AM-12PM & 1PM-4PM. We can help find a schedule that suits your needs! We offer all volunteers a hot meal and references.
