The 180 Residents long term care home is situated on the picturesque banks of the Rideau River in Central Ottawa. Garry J. Armstrong on its’ doors in June 2005 replacing the former Island Lodge. The Home provides high-quality, client-centered care in a home-like environment that is comfortable, safe and secure. Volunteers from the community make a difference by enhancing and supporting the care programs and services in collaboration with professional staff. Those Residents would be receiving a quality opportunity as you are assisting them to eat in a relaxing atmosphere while enjoying your company. Training opportunities will be provided!
