The Gloucester Emergency Food Cupboard is Ottawa's busiest community food bank, providing 4 days worth of food over 2100 times per month. The GEFC, in partnership with Just Food, has a .25 acre plat at the Just Food Farm to grow fresh food for the food bank. We are looking for volunteers to tend the site - planting, weeding and harvesting vegetables. Volunteer days will be on Wednesdays and Sundays.
